By joining the waitlist, downloading Nimbus, or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Nimbus is beta software

Nimbus is an early beta for Apple silicon Macs. It may have bugs, change, or stop working during the beta. We do not guarantee that it, the website, or beta access will be available, reliable or uninterrupted, and we may change, limit or end the beta at any time. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation.

Your OpenAI API key

Get Unstuck and optional step suggestions use your own OpenAI API key. You are responsible for the key, for keeping it secure, for any charges OpenAI bills your account for its use, and for following OpenAI's terms. Nimbus does not provide the key and does not control what OpenAI charges.

Answers can be wrong

Get Unstuck answers are generated by an AI model and may be incomplete or incorrect. Check anything that matters. Do not rely on Nimbus for emergency or safety-critical decisions, or for medical, legal, financial or similar advice.

How the focus modes work

Nimbus hides apps you have not allowed; it does not quit them. Website blocking works only in supported Chromium-based browsers with the Nimbus extension. Nimbus is not a security product, and a determined person can get around it. In Locked mode, Nimbus does not offer a way to end, edit or quit the session early until the timer finishes, so save your work and choose durations you are comfortable with. You use the focus modes at your own risk.

Acceptable use

Use Nimbus lawfully and as intended. Do not misuse the waitlist form, try to bypass its abuse protection, probe or disrupt the service, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to harm others.

Feedback

If you send us feedback we may use it to improve Nimbus, without obligation to you.

No warranty, and limits on liability

Nimbus and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost work or data, or lost profits arising from your use of Nimbus, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for Nimbus. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms as the beta changes; continuing to use Nimbus means you accept the update. You can stop using Nimbus at any time, and we can end your beta access at any time.
